Orders are processed the same business day (next business day if after hour order). Your order (assuming ice machine) usually ships next business day and will arrive in 3 business days (unless bad weather or other act of God).

Equipment orders other than ice machines are processed the same business day as well. These items are also shipped next business day. However, these items may not be in stock in our closest warehouse and could possibly be shipped from a warehouse outside our 3 day delivery radius.

In the case of items that are shipped outside our 3 day delivery radius, we generally have the items delivered within 7 business days, maximum. If you have ordered equipment on an item other than an ice machine, and would like a more precise delivery date, please call the hotline to get a human and more information @ 850.392.7774.

We will gladly call the warehouse to get you a more precise time for delivery and installation information should you need it.
